Directly after joining, you’ll be directed to complete an onboarding assessment, which entails an ‘audit’ of your lifestyle allowing me to understand your current training, nutrition, sleep, stress, work and general life habits. Here you will be asked a series of questions which will give me all the information needed to understand your current day-to-day.
Once you’ve completed your onboarding assessment you’ll book in your onboarding call with Coach Tyrone. During this call, the two of you will deep dive into your assessment answers and will discuss your goals, current challenges, and personal requirements.
Armed with all the info from your assessment and call; Tyrone will design your Personalised Training Programme. Your programme will take into account your onboarding information, individual requirements, key goals and individual biomechanics to create a bespoke training approach.
Factoring in all requirements including lifestyle variations, personal schedules, intolerance, preferences and goals, your personalised nutritional approach is developed.
Having gotten to know you better through the assessment and our onboarding call, I’ll factor into your plans any lifestyle modifications you need to make to optimize your health markers and general wellbeing to ensure a successful transformation.
You’ll receive your prescribed two weeks of personalised training, nutrition, and lifestyle practices.
For the next 14 days you’ll follow all elements of your prescribed training, nutrition and lifestyle plans. Calling upon your direct coaching channel with Tyrone whenever required.
Near the end of your 14 day cycle, you’ll be directed to complete a fortnightly client ‘progress update’, submitting progress images, stats, and an honest performance/adherence report.
Based on your body-composition changes and adherence detailed during your progress update, I’ll then make updates to your plans to ensure the next two weeks generate further measurable results.
